IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Registrations for youth camp are on a weekly basis. The
2010 schedule is:
Sunday, June 27th returning Thursday July 1st (Counselor Training Week) ages
15-17
Monday, July 5th returning Saturday July 10th (TEEN WEEK) ages 13-15
Sunday, July 11 returning Saturday July 17th (ages 8-12)
Sunday, July 18 returning Saturday July 24th (ages 8-12)
Sunday, July 25th returning Saturday, July 31st (ages 8-12)
THE WEEKLY FEE IS $450 PER CHILD, PER SESSION (all inclusive)
Parents/Guardians should register all campers under the age of 18 by clicking on
the ‘Secure Camp Registration’ link above. It is extremely important to answer
all the questions and to be very accurate with ALL health questions and
medications. You will need to MAIL a copy of your child’s birth certificate, a
copy of your child’s health insurance card, and signed release
forms for participation in Kayaking, and Horse Back Riding. You will be asked to
pay by check or charge card.
Once you register on line you will receive a confirmation letter and receipt for
your payment. With your confirmation will be the release forms . Please sign and
send ALL the documents to:

All documents MUST be received 5 days
prior to the camp session. DO NOT BRING FORMS TO CHECK IN. You will however,
need to bring ALL medications and OTC medications to CHECK-IN. All medications
should be in a clear plastic bag with your child’s
name on the bag. All medication MUST bear the child’s name and dosage. Medication must be in its original bottle. Parents will be asked to
sign-in all medication at CHECK IN.
If you do not register electronically, you can download a registration for
MAIL-in by using the link above.
For COUNSELOR IN TRAINING (CIT) Registration (ages 15-17 only) please register
by clicking on ‘Secure Counselor in Training Registration’ link above.
You will be asked to pay by check or charge card. The fee for the training week
is $150.
For Mail-In CIT Registration only: you can download a registration form by
clicking on the link above.
Counselors will need to follow documentation and medication instructions as
stated above. In addition, Counselors will need to provide 3 references as part
of their registration. Instructions and forms will be attached to your
confirmation or included in your downloaded application for mail in.
If you are driving your child to camp, you MUST ARRIVE
at the camp between 4 & 5 p.m (no earlier, no later)
You MUST PICK UP your child on Saturday @ 9:00 in the MORNING. (no earlier, no
later)
Please be prompt. The Staff departs the camp at the same time.
