Kids try new things, and Counselors-in-Training (CITs) grow into themselves while exploring their strengths. Every small victory, whether learning a new skill, making a new friend, or cheering for a teammate, becomes a moment of growth.
At SJYC, camp has always been more than a place to spend the summer. It’s where character is shaped, friendships are built, and kids are reminded that they belong. In a world that moves faster every year, camp provides something kids need now more than ever: a place to slow down, connect, and discover who they are.

Expand Programs by growing our Day Camp and continuing to create new, meaningful experiences for campers and CITs.
Strengthen Camp Experiences with hands-on learning and character development that inspire kids to return year after year.
Invest in Camp Facilities so we can maintain and improve spaces that spark joy and connection from cabins and campfire circles to our kitchen, volleyball court, and program areas.
