We’re excited to introduce our 2026 team! Many of our staff members began as campers and CITs at SJYC, and their connection to camp lasts a lifetime. We’re here because we believe in the power of summer camp and are passionate about creating a safe, fun, and impactful experience for every child.

This isn’t just another job for us—it’s an opportunity to be mentors and positive role models, shaping unforgettable summer memories. Each of our staff members is carefully selected and thoroughly trained. Everyone undergoes a federal background check and receives certifications in infant, child, and adult First Aid, CPR, and AED. Many also work as teachers or childcare professionals outside of camp. We can’t wait to meet you and welcome you into the SJYC community!
